Centre Services

For all enquires about our services and amenities, please contact Centre Management during opening hours or visit us at our offices on the Mezzanine Level. We are located next to the Parents Room. 

 Disabled Facilities

Portico Plaza is fully accessible by wheelchair with lifts and ramps located throughout the Centre.

Disabled car parking spots are available on both parking levels, close to the lifts and ramps.

Disabled toilets are located on the Mezzanine Level, fully accessible by lift and/or ramps.


 Parents Room

Located on the Mezzanine Level next door to the Centre Management Office.



Located on the Mezzanine Level, off the Food Court area, close to the Centre Management offices.

Disabled facilities are also available.


 Lost and Found

A record of lost and found items is kept at Centre Management.

For lost items handed into Centre Management, we do everything we can to locate the owner but if not claimed within 3 months, the items are either thrown away or donated to charity.

Please contact us if you have lost or found something.


 Community Noticeboard

Located on the Ground Level next to the lifts. 

A free service for members of the community to promote local events, charitable causes, sell unwanted goods and advertise lost and found pet notices.

Not to be used to advertise competing retail services or for free advertising for commercial businesses.

Based on a first come first served basis and when space is limited items may only appear for a short period of time. 

Notices should be neatly presented, as small as possible and preferably no larger than half the size of an A4 page.

Old notices will be destroyed unless a request has been received to re-advertise.

Management reserves the right to refuse advertising any notice deemed unsuitable.

Please contact us with the information you wish to post on the Community Notice Board or deliver the notice to Centre Management, located on the Mezzanine Level, near the Parents Room.


Bus and Train Timetables

Centre Management has a limited number of local bus and train timetables available.

There are two levels of parking.

The Ground Level is directly accessible from two entrances on Cornelia Road. The Lower Ground Level is directly accessible from Junia Avenue. There is also access between each level.

See "Opening Hours" for more information on when our car park opens and closes.

The Lower Ground Level (green level) is much easier for parking as there are fewer columns and in less awkward spaces than the Ground Level (red level). The columns are part of the support structure for the residential development yet to be constructed above the shopping centre.

Please do not park illegally or in disabled spots, as this creates an Occupational Health and Safety issue. As we are legally obliged to comply with Occupational Health and Safety legislation, a parking violation sticker will be placed on any car that is parked illegally and the registration number will be recorded. This violation sticker aims to remind shoppers that they have made the mistake which has caused inconvenience to other shoppers, in particular our disabled visitors, which we hope they do not repeat when they next visit.
