Rates
Casual leases are available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, up to a maximum of 6 months
Casual Leasing in the Mall Area

Daily rates start from $100 per day (plus GST) depending on location and size of area required.

Monthly rates are negotiable based on length of casual lease term.
Casual Leasing in a Shop
Currently there are a limited number of shop spaces available for short term casual lease. These are more expensive, but they do provide you with more space, added security as the shops are lockable, and more storage space to have extra stock on site. A key deposit is required.
Terms & Conditions

Just like permanent tenants, casual tenants need to abide by certain terms and conditions. By having these clearly spelt out at the beginning of any tenancy we hope to avoid any disappointments or misunderstandings as we build a relationship with you as a casual tenant.
This includes such things as opening by the agreed times and not closing early, professional presentation of products and prompt payment of rent in advance of trading.

Casual lease tenants must have a minimum $20 million public liaiblity insurance and a copy of this certificate must be received by Centre Management before trading can commence.
