Award winning designer, Vanessa Cullen, from Forward Thinking Design, who has also designed two other shops here at Portico Plaza, (Sindy's Flower Express and Allen's Vision and Hearing), has created some initial designs that showcase the potential of the Fresh Food Market. As these designs are initial concepts of what our new Fresh Food Market could look like, don't worry if you don't like a particular look or feature, we can change that.

Get in on the "ground floor" so you have the chance to design your own ideal shop.

We have even chosen some suggested finished to floors, benchtops, walls etc.. Come in and see our samples, this might save you some time.

Subject to lease availability, some shops could be combined into one larger tenancy, eg the meat and chicken shops.

Shop Fitout Design Suggestions for Butchery/Wholesale Meat Market

At 190m², with ample back of house/storage and close access to the loading dock (no need to use a goods lift), this space is large enough to also service wholesale customers.  If you can provide wholesale prices to shoppers, you will likely expand your retail market beyond Portico Plaza's immediate local target area as shoppers will travel further for good quality meats at wholesale prices.

You could also expand to include the chicken shop as well!

There is nothing preventing this 72m² chicken shop being combined with the Butcher's Shop next door if you want to include chicken in your retail offering.
