The Fresh Food Market's location within Portico Plaza is a real benefit to potential tenants with close access to the loading dock. Shoppers will also apprciate the location as they will be able to leave their fresh produce shopping to the very last on their shopping list, especially if they are buying in bulk, as being closer to the parking area they can then quickly place those perishable items immediately into their car.
The Ease of Convenience
With planned allocated short term car spots directly outside the Fresh Food Market area, shoppers can also drive in and out if they are only shopping at the Fresh Food Market.
The Ground Level will be attractive to fresh food retailers because of the convenience of direct access to the loading dock from the market area and the large storage facilities will enable retailers to easily service wholesale customers as well, including local restaurants.

One operator has already approached us who is considering leasing all the shops within the Fresh Food Market area.
We also plan to lease a large adjacent shop to the Fresh Food Market to a restaurant, preferably to a Chinese/Yum Cha operator. This shop has a prime corner position, with lots of windows and natural light and can been seen from Juna Avenue and the very busy Cornelia Road. Cornelia Road is very busy because it is Toongabbie's only road that leads across the railway track.
The current butcher fit out on the Plaza Level will be relocated downstairs with plans to change that shop's usage to possibly a cafe or a specialty retailer, with a shoe retailer being highly favoured for that location.
